General Rules and Regulation

  • Guardians and participants must bring a Student ID/National ID, or any valid Photo ID card for entry. Without a valid photo ID, entry will be restricted.

  • Registration must be completed between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM on the event’s opening day (18-12-2025). Upon completing registration, participants will receive an event kit containing an ID card and other materials. Only the participants playing on the LAN (On Campus) will get Kits.

  • After sending the registration fee via bKash/Nagad, participants are requested to call from their bKash number (or any other number) and mention the transaction ID to ensure a smooth registration process.

  • All participants must attend the Opening Ceremony to collect their event kit. No kits will be distributed after the ceremony. 

  • The number of participants is limited. A first-come, first-served policy will be followed.

  • Food and drinks are not allowed inside the playing area (LAN).

  • All gaming accessories will be provided except joysticks (for Rocket League, FC25) and headphones. Participants may bring their own accessories (keyboard, mouse, headphones, etc.) except Monitors.

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

  • The event schedule will be maintained strictly. If anyone misses their scheduled time, they will not be allowed to participate.

  • Alcohol and smoking materials are strictly prohibited at the venue.

  • Garbage and waste must be disposed of properly in the bins and recycling points provided.

  • Anti-social behavior (including, but not limited to, Sexual harassment, urination or defecation outside designated restrooms or any inappropriate behavior) will not be tolerated. Offenders will be immediately removed and banned from the event without refund.

  • Any type of disrespectful activity on social platforms against ACC or organizing committee may lead to serious consequences (eg. Ban, Penalty, Disqualification)

  • The organizing committee reserves the right to change any rules at any time. Their decision will be final. 

Allegation and Evidence Policy

  • Any form of allegation (e.g., cheating, misconduct, or unfair advantage) must be supported by valid recorded proof, such as video clips, screenshots, or official logs.

  • Verbal or unverified complaints will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Participants must submit their evidence to the respective game lead or event coordinators within the specified time frame after the incident.

  • Allegations without proof, or those submitted after the review period, will be considered invalid.

  • This policy applies uniformly to all games in the tournament.
