Official Tournament Rulebook

1. Overview

  • • Total Registered Players: 128
  • • LAN Qualified Players: 64
  • • Tournament Duration: 4 Days
  • • Format: Single Elimination (Knockout)
  • • Final Day: Semifinals + Grand Final

2. Tournament Format

• Online Qualifiers:

  • • 128 registered players compete online.
  • • Top 64 advance to the LAN stage.
  • • Matches are Best of 1 (Bo1) during qualifiers.

• LAN Event:

  • • 64 players divided into 4 groups of 16.
  • • Each group plays knockout rounds until Top 8 remain.
  • • Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Finals take place on the final day.
  • • Semifinals and Final are Best of 3 (Bo3).

3. Match Rules

  • • Game: EAFC25
  • • Platform: PC
  • • Half Length: 6 minutes
  • • EA Account: Ultimate Team

4. Scheduling

  • • Day 1–2: Group Stage / Round of 64 & Round of 32
  • • Day 3: Quarterfinals
  • • Day 4: Semifinals & Grand Final
  • • Players must report 15 minutes before match time.
  • • No-shows beyond 10 minutes will be considered a walkover.

5. Conduct Rules

  • • Players must always maintain professional behaviour.
  • • Verbal abuse, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in disqualification.
  • • All players must follow admin decisions their rulings are final.
  • • Cheating, using glitches, or exploiting game bugs is strictly prohibited.

6. Technical Rules

  • • In case of a disconnect during LAN:
  • • If the match is less than 5 minutes old, it will be restarted.
  • • Otherwise, the score will be restored to the last known state.
  • • Any technical complaint must be reported immediately to the Volunteer.

7. Disqualification Policies

  • • Late arrival (more than 10 minutes after call time).
  • • Use of external devices or unauthorized software.
  • • Offensive or toxic behaviour toward players or staff.
  • • Ignoring volunteer instructions or match scheduling.
  • • Any intentional disconnect or match manipulation.

8. Admin Rights

  • • Tournament admins have final authority over:
  • • Match restarts or disputes
  • • Rule interpretation
  • • Player discipline
  • • Decisions by the admin team are final and binding.

**Players aren’t allowed to bring their own monitors due to SECURITY LIMITATIONS. Sponsors will supply 21.5” FULL HD monitors for the tournament.
