Unfair play:
1) Use of “RESET” button during match
2) Use of any cheat program
3) Intentional disconnection
4) Use of any settings exceeding standard and permitted settings
5) If the match is disrupted due to unnecessary chatting, the player may be given a warning or lose by default at the referee’s sole discretion.
Upon discovery of any player committing any violations regarded as unfair play, that player will be disqualified from the tournament. During the course of any match, the operations staff and/or referee may determine other actions to be unfair play at any time.
Disconnection:
Any disconnection of the connection between match players due to System, Network,PC, and/or Power problems/issues
Intentional Disconnection:
Upon judgment by the referee, any offending player will be charged with a loss by forfeit when any disconnection occurs. If the disconnection is deemed to be unintentional by the referee, the match will be restarted. If any player does not agree to a match restart, that player will lose by default. Two warnings constitute being disqualified from the tournament.
**Players aren’t allowed to bring their own monitors due to SECURITY LIMITATIONS. Sponsors will supply 21.5” FULL HD monitors for the tournament.

›1. Overview & Acceptance
Welcome to the AIUB Computer Club Cyber Gaming Fest 2025!
This document outlines the official rules, structure, and conduct for the PUBG MOBILE tournament. It is adapted from the PUBG MOBILE Official Competition Rulebook (Version 1.6.0) to fit the AIUB Cyber Gaming Fest format.
The event begins with registration opening on November 9 2025 and concludes with the LAN Finals on December 20 2025. All registered teams (“Team Members”) agree that they have read, understood, and accepted these rules and any decisions made by the AIUB Computer Club Tournament Officials (“Tournament Officials”).
›2. Tournament Structure
Phases
- Online Elimination Rounds (Dec 10 – 14 2025 · Tentative)
- On-Campus LAN Finals (Dec 18 – 20 2025 · Tentative)
Phase 1 – Online Elimination Round
- Participants: 300 registered teams
- Grouping: 15 groups × 20 teams
- Format: 3 matches per group (2 Erangel, 1 Miramar)
Qualification Process — Top 2 teams from each group (30 total) + 2 wildcards = 32 teams. Split into 2 groups of 16 → 3 matches each (2 Erangel + 1 Miramar). Top 8 from each group advance to LAN Finals.
Replacement Policy — If a qualified team cannot attend LAN Finals, the next highest-ranked team from its group will replace it.
Phase 2 – LAN Finals
- Participants: 16 qualified teams
- Duration: 3 days (Dec 18–20 2025)
- Venue: AIUB Permanent Campus, Kuratoli, Khilkhet, Dhaka
- Total Matches: 9 (3 per day)

Day 1 – Erangel · Miramar · Erangel
Day 2 – Erangel · Miramar · Erangel
Day 3 – Erangel · Miramar · Erangel
The team with the highest cumulative points after 9 matches is crowned Champion of AIUB Cyber Gaming Fest 2025.
How to Arrive at AIUB Permanent Campus
Address: 408/1, Kuril Road (Kuratoli), Khilkhet, Dhaka 1229. Landmarks: Near Kuril Flyover and Bashundhara Residential Area.
Travel Guidelines
- From Airport: Approx. 15 minutes via Airport Road → Kuril Flyover → Kuratoli Road.
- From Kamalapur Railway Station: Approx. 35 minutes via Rajarbagh → Kuril Flyover.
- From Gabtoli Bus Terminal: Approx. 45 minutes via Mirpur Road → Banani → Kuril.
- From Narayanganj or Chattogram Route: Dhaka–Chittagong Highway → Kuril Flyover exit → Kuratoli Road.
Teams traveling from outside Dhaka should plan to arrive one day before the LAN Finals.
›3. Player & Team Eligibility
- Minimum Age: 16 years.
- Parental Consent: Required for players under 18.
- Roster: 4 starters + 1 substitute (max 5 players).
- Player Names: TEAMNAMEPLAYERNAME (e.g., AIUBCCLucky). Offensive or inappropriate names are forbidden.
- Devices: Handheld Android/iOS phones only.
- Prohibited Equipment: Emulators, tablets, PCs, controllers, triggers, external adapters.
- Communication: All voice comms and external calls are disabled during official matches.

Elimination Points: 1 point per elimination

- Perspective: Third-Person (TPP)
- Aim Assist: Disabled
- Sound Visualization: Disabled
- Red Zone: Disabled
- Flare Guns: Disabled
- Weather: Dynamic (default)
›6. Code of Conduct
All participants must maintain professionalism and sportsmanship.
Strictly Prohibited:
- Cheating (hacks, scripts, unauthorized apps)
- Collusion (free kills, team alliances, arranged results)
- Ringing (playing under another player’s account)
- Offensive language or discrimination
- Gambling or betting on results
General Expectations:
- Respect Tournament Officials and follow instructions.
- Report any dispute through proper channels.
- Avoid toxicity and negative social media behavior related to the event.
›7. Disciplinary Actions & Finality
Possible penalties for violations include:
- Verbal or written warnings
- Point deduction or match forfeit
- Temporary or permanent disqualification
- Prize revocation
- Ban from future AIUB events
All decisions by the AIUB Computer Club Tournament Officials are final and binding.
