›1. Tournament Overview
Organizer: AIUB Computer Club
Venue: American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) Campus
Format: Hybrid (Online Qualifiers + Offline Finals)
Game: eFootball™ Mobile – Dream Team Mode
- Phase 1 – Online Qualification: Single-elimination matches played remotely. Top 64 advance to campus finals.
- Phase 2 – Offline Campus Finals: Group Stage → Knockout Rounds → Grand Final at AIUB Campus.
- Eligibility: Open to all Bangladeshi players aged 13 or above with a compatible Android or iOS device and willingness to attend campus finals if qualified.

Squad Rules: All cards (Base, Featured, Epic, Legendary, etc.) allowed. No squad limitations. Offensive team names or logos are prohibited.
›4. Online Phase Rules
Scheduling: Each round must be completed within its assigned time block.
Pre-Match Protocol:
- Confirm availability in match thread.
- Player listed first creates Friend Match lobby.
- Both players start screen recording before kick-off.
- Capture team-selection screenshot showing both Usernames.
- Begin within 15 minutes of readiness.
Mandatory Screen Recording:
- Each match must be recorded from lobby creation to final result screen.
- Minimum 720p; unedited; retain 48 hours.
- Recording must show both IGNs and full gameplay.
- Failure to provide recording on request = automatic forfeit.
Disconnection Policy:
- 0-0 before 45:00 → Restart match.
- Any score after 45:00 → Leading player wins (proof required).
- Intentional disconnect → Immediate 3-0 loss (2nd offense = DQ).
- Server issue → Replay if both prove error.

›5. Offline Phase Rules (AIUB Campus)
Qualified players must confirm attendance within 24 hours of announcement. Report to check-in desk with valid ID, device & charger 1 hour before match. Officials verify accounts and supervise matches (screen recording not required). All players must use official event Wi-Fi; no personal hotspots.
Technical Issues:
- Crash within 3 min → restart.
- After 3 min → continue with existing score.
- Device failure → backup device allowed (same account).
- Server outage → postponement.
›6. Fair Play and Conduct
Maintain professional behavior at all times. Prohibited: verbal abuse, taunting, coaching during play, time-wasting, glitch exploitation.
Pause Rules:
- Pause only when in possession and ball is out of play.
- Max 3 tactical pauses per match (90 s each).

›7. Anti-Cheating Policy
- Immediate permanent ban for modified APKs, macros, bots, account sharing, multi-entries.
- Match-fixing or intentional loss → ban.
- Lag manipulation via VPN or throttling → ban.
- Verification via device inspection (LAN) and recording review (online).
›8. Committee Authority
AIUB Cyber Gaming Committee may adjust rules or schedules for fairness or technical reasons. Committee holds full jurisdiction on disputes; decisions final and binding.
›9. Player Agreement
- Read and understood rulebook.
- Will record online matches.
- Will not change registered IGN.
- Will attend campus finals if qualified.
- Accept organizer decisions as final.
- Consent to match streaming and photography for official use.
